Kore Cares is a home care and nursing services provider serving eastern South Dakota. They assist anyone 18 years or older with activities of daily living due to illness, injury, disability, or aging. Kore Cares aims to provide a stress-free experience for their clients and their families by considering their spiritual, physical, and emotional needs. The Sioux Falls office has been great to work with, and the Mitchell location has an amazing team committed to serving the community. Employees appreciate the great leadership from the team, including members who are always looking out for clients and caregivers. Kore Cares has one of the best company cultures, offering a robust benefit package and personal growth training to enrich the employee experience. They are receptive to communication and work hard to give both employees and clients a great experience as they strive to be the best. Many employees feel valued and supported, enjoying their time with the company and the positive workplace culture that allows them to grow both personally and professionally.
As a nurse of nearly 14 years, I am so blessed to work with a company that appreciates each and every aspect of my duties and my hard work does not go unnoticed! I get thank you cards and messages as well as kudos and incentives quite often! The management team is simply the best and these little details make going to work a highlight of my day! Teamwork also shines brightly at Kore Cares! The way the caregivers interact and work with each other to bring out the best for our clients can't be beat! The one on one time that is spent with each of my clients is a blessing to me as well. I'm privileged to get to know them, their personalities, likes and preferences and make a difference in their lives while remaining in the comfort of their own homes! Home health was never a discipline of nursing that I could see myself doing, but it has proven to be my favorite by far! Highly recommend Kore Cares!

Kore Cares is a great company with highly professional staff. They take the time to listen to the needs of the client and their family while also following the recommendations of the patients medical team. They also give the patients family freedom to do activities outside the home.
