Home Instead

The Home Instead Crew in Mitchell have been a part of my mom’s life for over a year. In the beginning, their staff would stop by her apartment and give her a helping hand when she needed it. Sometimes it was just a cup of coffee and a smile. As time progressed my mom was moved into a dementia unit and they continued to stop for social visits. It’s something she lookes forward to every week. It also gave some relief to my hectic schedule. Today is my mom‘s birthday and her friend from Home Instead, Deb is taking her out to lunch. Home Instead provides more than care, they have become family!

Home Instead provided care for my mother, and they did an exceptional job. The caregivers were always kind, compassionate, and understanding. They stayed with her so I could go to work with peace of mind, knowing she was in good hands. They took wonderful care of her, ensuring that she was safe, comfortable, and well looked after at all times. I am very grateful for the support they provided and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking quality care for a loved one.

HomeInstead has been the best decision we could have made for my elderly Dad. These people are family. They care deeply for the people they serve. When my Mom was put into the hospital they had heard thru one of their aides and reached out to us immediately. This reach out was so caring and above their responsibilities. They also adjusted their schedules to be sure Dad had someone at home while Mom was gone. Their kindness has been exceptional from the very beginning. You can feel their thoughtfulness by the way they try their best to help Dad live a full life. The fun road trips have meant so much to our Dad. We are truly Blessed to have them be a part of our family.
