I visited Monument Health Custer Clinic’s urgent care on March 24 while traveling from out of state, and I was extremely impressed with the facility—it’s absolutely beautiful and feels very new! The staff was professional, and I had the pleasure of being seen by Avery Sides. She is intelligent, friendly, easy to talk to, and provided excellent care. I would highly recommend her and the clinic overall.
That said, be mindful of the costs. My visit, including testing for SARS, influenza, and RSV, totaled $797, which seemed quite steep for an urgent care visit. Fortunately, my insurance helped with some of the expenses, but the pricing was still surprising.
If you’re in need of urgent care in Custer, this is a fantastic facility with great staff—just be sure to check on potential costs beforehand!
Such a lovely couple. Even with his recent retirement, Bret came and looked at some carpet damage we sustained courtesy of our chiweenie. He was prompt, communicative, and set honest and realistic expectations at an extremely fair price. It’s clear he is an expert in his field with 53 years of experience. His wife Mary, who fields his calls, is lovely to talk to. Just all around wonderful people who you can tell have a heart to help. I highly recommend them!

I am a long-time customer at Misty's. This salon is top notch. Yes they are busy so appointments need to be made early. If you think you will walk in and get right in, you are at the wrong salon as they have a built up clientele because of their quality work.
