I had a 3 hr trail ride with Courtney this week. It was FANTASTIC! It was not a nose to tail ride. I am an experienced rider and the mare I rode was awesome. Courtney was so nice and we chatted the entire time. They take great care of their horses. Highly recommend

Anyone wondering if this place does nails, they do not. Head's West has a lot of local clientele, so while you can walk in, it's really best if you call and make an appointment.

I visited Monument Health Custer Clinic’s urgent care on March 24 while traveling from out of state, and I was extremely impressed with the facility—it’s absolutely beautiful and feels very new! The staff was professional, and I had the pleasure of being seen by Avery Sides. She is intelligent, friendly, easy to talk to, and provided excellent care. I would highly recommend her and the clinic overall.
That said, be mindful of the costs. My visit, including testing for SARS, influenza, and RSV, totaled $797, which seemed quite steep for an urgent care visit. Fortunately, my insurance helped with some of the expenses, but the pricing was still surprising.
If you’re in need of urgent care in Custer, this is a fantastic facility with great staff—just be sure to check on potential costs beforehand!
I am a long-time customer at Misty's. This salon is top notch. Yes they are busy so appointments need to be made early. If you think you will walk in and get right in, you are at the wrong salon as they have a built up clientele because of their quality work.
