“I have beautiful things to say about Alicia. Thru this hard time of losing my husband Don. My brother and I went there with no appointment and she spoke with us. She was so sincere,caring and passionate ( my brother made jokes to ease the pain and did a great job of that) I didn't think Alicia expected this but it helped. We were able to fill the documents( my husband did pass away in between all of this. The death certificates were done and we had another visit with Alicia. She again helped us with this process and sincere,caring.
Today I went to pick up the remains and again very caring she was. You have to have a heart of gold for this job.
