“I am very pleased with the experience that I had with this company. This has been an understandably difficult process during a highly emotional time. They were patient and understanding. I appreciate the effort and care that was taken to make sure that the product was what I requested. They even did a rush on the order to get it done by a monumental date. I highly recommend Caskets and More!”
“Sharing in hopes of helping someone else at their worst time of need ~
Fairhaven sent their transport team to pick up my Mom, who passed at home.
They were So Kind, Gentle & Considerate!!!
Professional & Considerate while speaking to the family.
Stevie ( Funeral director) Is Beyond Kind & Gentle !!! I absolutely can not express how fortunate I feel to have this team of professionals - helping me at every step of this sad process.
Thank You Fairhavan Funeral Home”
“Platt's was the absolute best! We had limited time and selected them from their website. All the photos on the site are an accurate representation of how the facility looks. Very clean and well maintained. The staff was professional and courteous every step of the way. They did not try to upsell us on anything. I felt no pressure to add additional services. If they offered a service that I knew I could do cheaper I was able to let them know I would handle it. I l Ioved the quality of the printed obituaries. They put together a wonderful sideshow. They have packages to fit a variety of price ranges from a simple and elegant service to the all out service. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks Platt's for the quality and care given during an extremely difficult time.”
