Donovan was helpful and informative. He performed thorough inspection. He educated me on what the readings for my HVAC meant. He assisted with getting the coolant/refrigerant topped off. I would like to give a shout out to Shawn who installed the air scrubber in the blower unit of the HVAC and the surge protector in May, Jeremy that inspected the circuit breaker and instilled the grounding rod and James and Luis, plumbers that addressed a couple different concerns at different times. Carolina Conditions have a solid team of people and we’re thankful for them.
Kenny came out when we had a leak in our crawlspace. Not only was it a weekend, but at 6pm no less. He was incredibly friendly, told us everything he saw, and gave us recommendations along the way. He quickly diagnosed the what was wrong and walked us through every step we would need to take, and what to expect along the way. He gave company recommendations for anything the company didnt cover and even got us directly in touch with RestoPros, who contacted us before he even left our driveway. He was friendly, extremely knowledgable, and gave us a fair quote right quickly with plans. Overall the best service we have gotten in a long time.
