I’m replacing an existing furnace out of necessity and learned of Viper Services-HVAC through a referral I received from Duke Progress Power. I made an appointment for a no cost site visit and Tony Blackwell, Viper’s HVAC Service Mgr showed up today within the window for the appointment. He contacted me well before arrival to let me know he was on his way.
Once he arrived I explained what I wanted to achieve with the replacement system and he understood and asked relevant questions and provided good information about the how such a system might work with my existing equipment. I called in for an estimate and to "pick an electrician's brain" and Matt was super helpful. He answered my questions, listened to what I had planned for future projects, and got me an estimate for the work I needed to get the ball rolling towards my end goal. He even identified a few issues I could possibly run into so I could plan to work around those.
