“Hurricane Helene brought her fury to my daughter’s home in Taylors and dropped a tree on her house. We called Rhino when I know they were busier than they could’ve imagined. They came out in less than 12 hours, saw the damage to her dwelling, and before nighttime had a crew removing as much of the tree as they possibly could. They told us it was the ninth house they had worked on that day. They took out the limbs puncturing through her roof and into her ceiling. They covered her house with tarps to secure it from any upcoming bad weather. The head of the crew explained the next steps as we wait for the removal of tree trunk, debris, repairs, roofing, etc. We know Rhino has dedicated workers helping the next community member in dire need, so we will hang in there. We are grateful for their immediate response to our call for help, and appreciate all they are doing to help the victims of Helene. “So in January 2024 I had some wind damage to my roof which was denied by my insurance company as only having five or six shingles that needed to be replaced and since that was less than my deductible they were denying my claim. Mind you in June of 2023 I had a tree fall on the back half of my house so same insurance company only authorized to replace the back half of my roof. Todd from ATD roofing came by and took a look at our roof and educated us on a few things that should have taken place when the tree fell. He and ATD roofing went up against the insurance company and one on our behalf. Not only did they get the front half of my roof replaced they got the entire roof replace. The crew that replaced my roof were there at the crack of dawn and mind you we've been having triple digit weather. They got here they knocked it out they cleaned after themselves I have not seen one nail in my yard. Awesome company, awesome crew. Thank you so much“

Hunter Davis gave us a cost, and his expert advice on what he would recommend. We never heard from him again until we decided to have Davis Contracting do our job. Some others tried to lead us in one direction and others in another IE: repair and replace as well as kept calling and texting to see if we made a choice yet. “We choose Hatch Homes to replace our vinyl siding with James Hardie fiber cement siding. The owner, Bill Gayler, has exceptional technical knowledge of the Hartie products; he readily answered any questions concerning our project, and also provided a detailed quote. The project manager, Arnaldo, and the siding team were fantastic, working diligently every day to quickly complete the project. Along with installing the siding they also repaired several rotted window sills, and some plywood sheathing. Once the siding project was completed we noticed that the window trims needed touch up painting due to the size difference between the old vinyl siding and the Hartie boards. Bill sent his painter to do the second floor trim painting so that I did not have to climb a ladder. We highly recommend Hatch Homes for any siding work that you might need. “My experience with American Made Windows was an outstanding experience. I contacted Renewal by Anderson, West Shore, and Joyce Manufacturing. I listened to their high pressure sales pitches and received quotes for my window and patio door replacement project. I was shocked at the prices I received from these 3 manufacturers and I decided I needed to do more homework on replacement windows and doors. I found that all 3 of the companies I received quotes from either made their own windows, or represented high quality window manufactures such as Provia and Vytex. The problem was that the pricing I received from these companies were more than what I paid for my wife’s car. (Lexus)
At this point, I had looked at the Provia Endure window and was impressed with the quality of the window. I then began to research who were some of the Provia dealers in my area. About 6 weeks after we signed the contract, Don called and said the windows had come in and they were ready for installation. Three days later his installation crew of Mark and David knocked on my door at 8 am. Mark and David appeared to be very young, and I became a little concerned about them being qualified to perform this project.
As they began the install, it was very clear that Mark and David were very qualified for this project. I watched them intently and I was totally impressed with their attention to detail and the quality of their work.
When I say that my experience with American Made Windows was an outstanding experience, I really mean it.
