We have used Upstate Dog Training and Pet Resort in the past and have always had a great experience. Super friendly staff, clean and safe facility. Overall great service and experience.“

“My Cat Rusty was recently seen by Dr. Kasperbauer and assistant Hailey during an er visit for his broken leg. They were beyond amazing. They walked us through the options of treatment and made sure we were aware of the financial cost of each. They not only went above an beyond for us and Rusty but were so kind through out. “We have boarded our dog here multiple times. They are very good at feeding them any types of food whether it's dry, wet, or refrigerated. We always send snacks and it seems like they distribute them appropriately. They recognize our dog by name and are always happy to see him.“
