Dr. Johnathon and our tech, Emma, always take the time to explain all information clearly to me and answer any questions I have; they are both highly knowledgeable and extremely kind! I have taken my boy (near 3yr old Australian Shepherd) in here twice now for emergency services, and each time we have both been treated with so much respect and care. Could not recommend coming here more for emergency services. Dr. Young and her team do a great job working to keep my boy comfortable and calm while in a high-stress environment, and they have always worked hard to help us get answers to the weird issues we have had. They are super transparent about pricing, and have good options for payment for those who do not have the funds for immediate, full payment.
