Ed and his team are great! They helped me cool down my house and came out in an emergency when my in laws ac leaked through the roof. He was knowledgeable and was willing to show us everything that he did and how to keep it from clogging.
Ed's was fabulous. Our HVAC went out over the weekend so we called around to find anyone available that could come out and fix it. Ed called back on a Sunday and told us they would be out first chance on Monday. Not only did they come out and fix our system, they pointed out that Cassell Brothers had incorrectly installed the drain system on our unit which was why it was not draining properly. Mind you, we have been paying Cassell Brothers for YEARS to fix this issue to which they continually tried to blame us for not putting in additional systems when they installed it incorrectly. I am done with being scammed, Ed's will have our business from now on.
Ed was quick to respond and get a technician out. The technician was professional, courteous, and found the problem in no time. Made the repair and got us air! Very reasonably priced. We will use them again! Highly recommend!
