These guys were great from the get go! Our LG refrigeratorquit working and they were relentless until it was fixed. Andy, Chris and AJ all worked together to get it repaired. The LG company messed up a couple of times with sending the wrong parts but these guys never gave up. I felt the price they charged was very fair considering they had to come several times due to incorrect parts sent by LG but they never gave up and now we have our refrigerator working again and didn't have to spend the money on a new one. I was very pleased with the service they provided. My LG Washer was repaired and continues to work perfectly. I have recommended them multiple times and have no problem continuing to do so. They will be the first one I call should I need any appliance repairs in the future.Services: Dryer repair

Had a few appliance issues since summer including most recently a Samsung Frig. that started to act up. Had problems finding someone to look at w/o waiting weeks AND worked on Samsung, which is becoming a problem.And, came across Professional Appliance Repair, which didn't have many reviews here. They came within a couple of days and isolated the problem quickly, and explained the problem with Samsung part availability and they would try to find a replacement part since Samsung doesn't make parts past 5 years. I was preparing for needing to buy new frig., but they located one, tested it in the shop, and installed it in my frig. for real test. So far, frig is working great....read full review
