They accepted the information we had with us, gave her a quick exam, and provided the fluids--all set up for home use. It was obvious that they care about animal wellbeing, and helped us in our emergency situation with passion and understanding.“

“My 11-year-old Westie developed what turned out to be her first UTI. I had not been to MIVH, but I have friends who go there. After calling around to other vets in Pawleys Island, they could not see her for days. I called MIVH and the person on the phone was very nice and said yes they were booked, but I could bring her in as an Emergency and they would fit her in. I jumped in the car and drove to MI. I pulled up, a staff member came out within a few minutes, called us in a few minutes later and we waited just a short time to be put in a room. The staff was all very nice. She was seen by Dr. Brett Servent who was great, she did indeed have a UTI and was given a shot of antibiotic and a shot for allergy to the grass in SC. I was pleasantly surprised that they did not charge extra for the Emergency visit. Very happy with the entire experience!“

“We visited On Point in Surfside under the worst circumstances. We were here on vacation, and our almost 16 year old pom became very ill. We unfortunately had to put him to sleep. Everyone was so kind and thoughtful. Dr. Jackson was wonderful. We just dropped in, and they helped us and our little buddy, Lucky, so quickly. We are so grateful! “The veterinarian, Bryson Gale, is 100% the best vet I’ve ever been to. My cat usually hisses and hates the vet…this was the first time I’ve ever seen my cat not hiss or be upset at a vet. Bryson Gale is really patient and kind and doesn’t rush you through. He takes his time with your pet, is gentle, and you can tell he really loves what he does. Can’t recommend enough!
