I had the best experience today in the Sumter Ulta. I usually shop at the Ulta in Sandhills, and can never get any assistance. Today Brittney that works in Sumter was the best. She did everything possible to help me and my mom find our foundation and concealer matches. I think I will be driving to Sumter from here on out.

Really kind and welcoming staff. I needed help getting started with foundation, and a really lovely lady helped me out when I asked. It is also really clean inside, and the testers are really well kept.

at checkout Mae was super nice and kind to us that she recommended us to mix two different color correctors for our skin tone because the one we were getting was too dark. That was so nice of her. She truly went out of her way to be helpful.
