Best local gym in the area! I often travel for work and whenever I am in the Sumter SC. I head to The Free Weight Gym! Has the old school bodybuilding/powerlifter vibe which makes it a great atmosphere to train in! The owner is very responsive and open to suggestions. 100% recommend!

The Free Weight Gym has everything you need for your health and wellness. The facility is open 24/7 and provides a comfortable atmosphere to train daily.$35 a month and hands down my favorite place to exercise in Sumter.

Great gym with a wide variety of equipment. Me, my husband, and 2 teens all train here. We're a powerlifting family and there are plenty of squat racks, bench racks, and deadlift platforms as well as proper bars for us. It's safe and clean. The owners are amazing people and truly care about their gym and users.
