BE PREPARED TO WAIT! Brought my 84 y\o dad for a 0930 appointment. Wasn't called back into the room until 1010. Lady who took vitals & screening questions was nice enough. Doctor didn't come in until 1058. She is very nice & thorough.

Dr. Williams and Nurse Tomlin were great. My impression is that this location is trying to improve and hire additional staff. Building is outdated and parking lot is relatively small for a VA facility. I was initially concerned about the negative reviews, but I was seen on time and treated with care and respect.

The doctors are contracted, they can’t keep doctors there. I fell under three since I’ve been coming to this clinic. One wasn’t even a doctor! Wanted me to drive to Orangeburg an hour away. No dental, so you drive to Columbia an hour away. Building a new clinic isn’t going to solve these problems. I’ve canceled appointments because I am not going back unless I have to. The phone system is outdated and unnecessary as well.
