A family member is sick and these people here don't do what they are supposed to do for the patients. Stop waiting to long to help the patients. Stop procrastinating and do what you do to help the patients. I have to go back to NY. These people ate waiting to long. They wait until the patient health decline before they do anything. I am telling the truth.
This has been the best service I have ever received at an urgent care. From the moment I walked in, everything was exceptional. The attentiveness and thoroughness of Tabatha truly stood out, and the level of care I felt from both her and Dr. Kaysi was unmatched. I felt heard, cared for, and in great hands the entire time. I will definitely be back and will be recommending this urgent care to all of my friends and family.
I am livid !!!! My mom who is elderly went up there for simple blood work. And the person that did it was busy talking about how they are leaving their soon and they just got their Phlebotomy certificate!! Stuck her multiple times unable to find the vein until a supervisor finally found it no problem … being over 75 makes bruises last longer and cause more pain. How do i get in touch with The corporate office. I need to speak to someone and report this ASAP!!! I called the extension 4000 and nobody answered!
