My stylist was prompt, professional, and courteous. This was my first experience with Donna, but she was exceptional. Not being judgmental but the lady should be at the school that trains and certifies Sport Clips employee. I left her chair with confidence; looking and feeling good!
Took my foster son to Sport Clips for a first time experience and got him the MVP treatment service. This included the precision haircut, hot towel experience with fave fragrance, shampoo and a head and neck massage. Brandon used texturizing powder on his hair and Seth loves it.
I walked into Felicia’s chair looking like I’d been living under a bridge, and somehow walked out looking like I owned the bridge. She didn’t just give me a haircut—she performed a full-blown rescue mission. My hair went from “witness protection program” to “million-dollar commercial star” in under an hour. If you want more than just a haircut—if you want a transformation with a side of laughs—Felicia’s the one!
