“I have three girls (7, 11, 13) in class and they absolutly love it. The instructors here have the patience of a saint and obviously have a LOT time in handling children. From ages 5 and up the staff has the ability to get the children’s’ attention and keep it. Even my teenager focuses more in class than any other time.“

“Great place to send your kids. This isn't a daycare but if you want your kids to learn useful skills, and have a good sense of accomplishment while staying physically active this is it. They also do a lot of cool side activities and events. I would highly recommend this spot.It's also really good for adults who do BJJ. Noob friendly, but fast paced.“
