Great place to send your kids. This isn't a daycare but if you want your kids to learn useful skills, and have a good sense of accomplishment while staying physically active this is it. They also do a lot of cool side activities and events. I would highly recommend this spot.It's also really good for adults who do BJJ. Noob friendly, but fast paced.

Well … my son is going here for almost 7 years …at the beginning he don t was a huge fan of martial arts …The difference between 7years ago and now he start loving ,and he don t want give up..My daughter start 2years ago and she is getting so much better ..Now the mom ?lol start the class also trying learn defend herself…I think is the best way to invest in yourself , your kids and you learn discipline and different martial arts techniques what help you in the life …Don t forget the wonderful people what work there from the reception to JD Olsen and other instructors..
