Garbage disposal failed and our warranty company used Leek Seekers for repair and replacement. Kaylee responded shortly after the service order went through. She set up the appointment within 25 hrs and was very responsive. Dustin was the technician and he called me to give me an exact arrival time. He was very professional and courteous. Can’t say enough about his work attitude and he answered all questions about the repair and install. Great company and would definitely recommend.

This is the BEST service company I have ever used. I called them and within 90 minutes they were at my house. I needed something else done, and they called to let me know they would be there within 30 mins. They are professional, quick, and the technicians took the time to make sure we understood what they were doing, why, and how long it would take. Before they left they made sure we were comfortable with the results and assured us if we had any questions or needed anything else, all we had to do was call back. If you need a reliable plumming service, this should.be your first call. Thank you Jay for an excellent job.

Patrick came in reviewed what needed to be done to resolve the issue and just like that it was fixed. I had another company that came in for emergency repair the night I encountered the leak and could not fix or repair the issue. The other technician stated that he did not have the parts. Patrick with leak seekers replaced seals and springs to repair the leak. That's attention to detail. Thanks leak seekers for sending a technician that knew what to look for and repair my faucet.
