The kids teacher is very patient and works well with the children! The owner is also very nice and has fun with the class! My kid loves this class, definitely recommend! UPDATE: This is a great class to teach toughness, discipline, and respect! I incorporate many of the things that they teach my kid in class into my home (the 0 rule and the 1 rule). My child's behavior has improved tremendously and its rubbing off on his younger brothers as well. My child enjoys it so much that he decided he wants to go 4 days a week! He is so proud of himself and I couldn't be more proud of him.

My young adult son and some of his friends take classes there. It's helped him tremendously. The environment is extremely supportive and friendly. Clear teaching and thorough application. Everyone helps each other with confidence and humility. He enjoys the challenge it always offers and the comradery.

I wish I could give Keishidojo 10 stars. Professor JD is outstanding, and Maggie is always super friendly and helpful at the front desk. My only regret is that I did not start training sooner. The environment that Professor JD has cultivated here is nothing short of superb. I felt welcomed from the first day I stepped foot in this gym. Everyone who trains here wants to bring each other up, and of course, we are competitive, but nobody here is looking to rough up the new guy. Training at Keishidojo has boosted my confidence in so many ways. Professor JD truly cares about his students and wants everyone to improve. If you are even considering jumping into BJJ...
