I went there with some pretty nasty birds on my legs. In my stomach, a prayer and a dollar, the Doctor williams, she looked like a baby doll and I thought, oh my God, she's so pretty. I was really afraid that she may not be able to handle these ugly burns. I had on my body that I did to myself. She's not only super pretty. She looks like she came off from a magazine cover. She's smart as well, so you can't judge a book by its cover LOL. She was So patient and took her time, and it did take time and she tried her best to make it as painless as possible. I had a terrible experience with another urgent care, then two ER’s that wouldn’t take me seriously.
I came today to Novant, and Liza was the BEST DR I HAVE EVER SEEN! She listened, took me serious and gave me relief that I’ve needed. I will always recommend this place and Liza. Keep being wonderful people, patients really appreciate it!
Wrong review earlier. Oops. That review was for Prisma ER. That's who I thought I was taking the survey for. Novice was nice to me, but they didn't see me that because the X-ray tech was not there and I needed an X-ray because my nose was very likely broken. I didn't wait a long time before they told me that I need to go to the ER.
