Everyone was very helpful when I came in for repairs on my switch lite. They kept me informed during the whole process and the price was fair. I'd like to give a shout out to trey, who does their console repairs, for completing the work so quickly and talking me through what needed fixed. I recieved a 30 day warranty on my fixed product and they checked in after pickup to make sure everything was fixed and stayed fixed. Will reccomend to others ?

I was out town and my daughter’s phone would not work. She has a medical condition that requires her to use her phone. We went to our provider and they could not help us. As a result, we went to Cell phone repair.
Honestly, I was expecting to be taken advantage of because of my past experience with these type of places. To my surprise, I had an honest tech by the name of Orion/Alex who gave me some great advice. More importantly, he got my phone fixed. Helped me figure out which screen I needed for my boyfriend’s A14 and fixed my iPhone 11 in less than an hour. Very good customer service called to update me on the repair! Would definitely come back to these guys again in the future!
