I want to thank Christopher at Boykin for finding and solving a problem with our Air Conditioner Handler. We have had a problem with water constantly being in the pan under the air handler. Christopher identified the problem. He said when it was originally installed by the contractor, that the HVAC installer had taken out two plugs and failed to replace them.
