Hired them to inspect the duct work at my parents home. Pleasure to deal with from office staff to technicians. Scheduling was easy and reliable. The inspection report was thorough with pictures. And they reviewed the entire report and answered my questions. Service was completed today and they showed up just as scheduled and did what they had to do. Hopefully all goes well from here. But I’m satisfied with the experience.
I believe this is our second or third time using Aireserv. Both times have been a very good experience in customer service. This time (Jan 12) TJ was so awesome. He came out and was very professional. I appreciated the recommendations he had made and will consider them in the near future. Thank you TJ.
