One month ago I called this establishment to schedule a last minute eyebrow appointment I was able to secure an appointment with Monica for the same day which was great.Monica did a wonderful job on my eyebrows. Before I left, Monica asked if I wanted to schedule a future appointment and of course I agreed. My future appointment was scheduled for today. May 31 at 230pm. I received a text message two hours before my appointment as a reminder. I immediately called to cancel the appointment and the owner advised that her cancellation policy is 24 hours before. This is by far my favorite place to visit when I need a pick me up. The staff and the owner Kaitlin have wonderful personalities are know exactly what they’re doing! They take their time and it is obvious that they have taken an adequate amount of training to d their jobs right! I always feel so wonderful after leaving.
