I had a small leak in the area of the filter and pool pump. Omar arrived on time as scheduled & was extremely polite and professional. As an experienced technician, he not only fixed my immediate issue, but took the time to proactively prevent what would have evidently become a future issue with a much larger expensive repair bill. For these reasons, I give All About Pools & Spas a 5-star rating and highly recommend them.
BILL was amazing!!! Very knowledgeable and it’s obvious that he loves what he does. He went above and beyond giving us tips and demonstrating certain pooling maintenance techniques with a smile on his face; he was without a doubt our pool therapist as we just couldn’t get things right 😩😩 I will be screaming at the top of my lungs to those in need of services that ALL ABOUT POOLS is the company to go to (and I’m in the Columbia area). Thanks to you, my family and I will be able to enjoy our pool and maintain it with confidence ☺️☺️
They repaired our hot tub at the lake house, did the services for it, and educated us on how to use and care for it the right way. So hopefully I don't have to see them again, but if I do, it will be my pleasure. Good service!
