This visit turned into a little more expensive than I thought it would be but the technician was so nice and he did a great job of actually explaining the issues in a simplified way so I would understand. He was so patient with my kids being nosey as well as one of our dogs. He was respectful and got everything fixed and now our A/C and heating system is back up and running! Thank you again for all of your help!
