These guys are awesome! Customer service is excellent! The ladies in the office were so helpful and such a joy to work with. The technician was prompt and accurate in his service and answered all of my questions. I will continue service with them for all of my HVAC needs!
Service was great. We were referred by American Home Shield. They communicated a range when they would arrive and called to give us 15 minutes heads up when on their way. They arrived on time, were polite and efficient - quickly fixing a fried wire. They also offered additional advice for how to ensure we maintain our unit through the warm months.
Air Plus did a complete upgrade of our HVAC and removed and replaced all of the duct work in our home. Jasen took the time to explain to us what was needed to efficiently heat and cool our home and didn’t try to sell us unnecessary equipment. From start to finish they were very professional and respectful. It was indeed a great experience working with them and would highly recommend them to others.
