Service was great. We were referred by American Home Shield. They communicated a range when they would arrive and called to give us 15 minutes heads up when on their way. They arrived on time, were polite and efficient - quickly fixing a fried wire. They also offered additional advice for how to ensure we maintain our unit through the warm months.
Air Plus did a complete upgrade of our HVAC and removed and replaced all of the duct work in our home. Jasen took the time to explain to us what was needed to efficiently heat and cool our home and didn’t try to sell us unnecessary equipment. From start to finish they were very professional and respectful. It was indeed a great experience working with them and would highly recommend them to others.
Was a little worried reading these reviews and expecting the worst (using my home warranty), but was pleasantly surprised with a smooth repair and decent timeline! Everyone is short staffed and overworked so I expected a wait, recieved an appt near the end of the next business day in which the scheduler was honest and understanding, and even sympathized... and then there was just a day gap for us to get a tech to the house at his scheduled time. The tech was thorough, answered all questions, explained the issue, didn't try to up sale, was honest, and best... fixed the issue same day!
