“I was initially optimistic about working with this firm. I completed the requested onboarding steps, submitted my tax documents, reviewed their service packages, and confirmed that I wanted to move forward with the Silver package. After that, communication stopped completely. Multiple attempts to follow up with both the receptionist and a partner went unanswered. Even if a firm is overloaded, basic communication and acknowledgment are important. As long time clients of Hood and Sealander, I was apprehensive when the merger with Veris happened. But...I am happy to report that all has gone well and the old and the new has joined together and the results are terrific!
Accurate, prompt, responsive, and friendly defines our experience with Dan Sullivan at Veris. This is an excellent choice for anyone who has complex financial tax needs as well as simple requirements. Dan explains everything in terms that are clear and easy to understand and provides tax packages that are professional and accurate. He has also gone over and above for us when having delays and tracking issues with the IRS. He treats all of his clients with respect and is always prompt and thorough when we have questions. Veris is the best in the business by far.
