I completed the requested onboarding steps, submitted my tax documents, reviewed their service packages, and confirmed that I wanted to move forward with the Silver package. After that, communication stopped completely. Multiple attempts to follow up with both the receptionist and a partner went unanswered. Even if a firm is overloaded, basic communication and acknowledgment are important. Unfortunately, the experience felt dismissive and unprofessional.” EDIT: Since posting this review, ownership and the partner have reached back out, clarified next steps, and are actively woking to move the process foward, which I do appreciate.”
