I can’t believe it! I’ve been dealing with a poor fitting pair of prescription Costa Jose sunglasses for over a year !! Stopped in, was seen within 5 to 10 minutes, they checked and got a replacement frame on order under warranty, and received the warranty within two weeks. Swapped out my prescription lenses with a smile and a thank you, and all it cost me was the warranty frame freight. So thankful. What a great experience!!

My mother was having trouble with her glasses that kept slipping down her nose. Jackson Davenport was so helpful, fixing her problem and advising her about the difference in adjustability between metal and plastic frames (plastic more adjustable, who knew?). Thank you for great service!
