Couldn’t be more skilled, attentive or helpful. I’m visiting Charleston and picked up my new eye glasses at my local vision center so I’d have them for my trip. Unfortunately, they did not fit well, and we’re falling off my face. I simply walked in to Jackson Davenport, and they were perfectly willing to help me, did a great job, and, despite my willingness to pay for their services, didn’t charge me anything. If I lived in Charleston, I would definitely purchase my glasses here.

I'm really happy I stopped by here yesterday! I have a pair of eyeglasses that needed the lenses changed with a new prescription. I'd never visited this establishment before. It's a very nice place, a great variety of glasses to choose from, and the customer service was outstanding. Kenneth worked with me to assure that the glasses would work best for me. And to my surprise, they do the work there at their office rather than sending them off! I'll have my glasses back quicker than I expected. And the price was quite reasonable. Very happy with Jackson Davenport and I highly recommend!

While on vacation from Utah, I lost my glasses. My optometrist was closed and I only had a picture of my contact prescription on my phone. They were able to help get me some contacts so my vacation wasn't ruined. The staff was understanding and caring. They made me feel like my problem was their highest priority. Thanks for making my vacation amazing!
