This was my first trip for anything but glasses and first visit to the office…felt very comfortable about issues at hand the plan to fix them. Best trip to a medical office in decades! Highly recommended!

My experience very professional. Everybody was very nice and explained everything to me very well . I’m glad I got to meet everyone and I’m glad that I picked Carolina I care. I will be seeing you in the future. To have some surgery done thank you.

I was there for 2 hours for a routine eye exam, my appointment was at 8:15am. No one bothered to let me know they were running behind at any time. Some communication would be appreciated and more professional.**I was contacted by the office and offered an apology, which I appreciate. I was told the wait time was not acceptable and that they would be sure to follow up on it. **
