I have always loved Dr Monarch! Shes amazing but for a few years staff was blah. Went back because I like being seen by her and the staff is amazing!!!! Keep that staff!! Thank YOU!!!
Friendly and professional staff and doctor. New to the area, and I was able to get my daughter in for her first eye exam within days. My daughter was scared initially as she usually is at doctors, but to my surprise relaxed quickly. Dr Monarch was great with her, very engaging and the technician was patient when getting the initial testing. We just ordered her glasses; they had a lot to choose from for her face size (she’s 9). Overall, this was a great experience. Update: thanks to the staff for finding a quick replacement frame when my daughter broke her glasses.
I have been a patient of Doctor Monarch for many years. As a veteran I appreciate the way I am treated with courtesy and respect whenever I am at Monarch Eye Care. The Doctor and staff are always helpful and help me get the exact eyewear I need.
