“First of all, I like the product. I’m more importantly, I like the fact that the company will stand behind their product if ever there is an issue. They are not a fly by night company so I am not concerned about them not being here when needed.

I was pleased with not only the professionalism and knowledge exhibited by Scott, the sales agent, but also appreciated his low pressure tactics. I was impressed by his ability to assess all aspects of the needs of my particular situation regarding leaf protection for my particular gutter systematic with the recommendations that he was making. He did an excellent job of explaining what was needed and answering all of my questions. He was also able to address other products from other companies that I was considering. I recognize that he was here to make a sale, but what what was explained didn’t make sense as he had examples of those products with him. And as I mentioned, I really appreciate the fact that it was a low pressure sales pitch. I do not respond well to high-pressure sales tactics, so that probably would have resulted in lost business.

Have any sales representative that is also personable, as this gentleman is, has made the time spent much more pleasurable than it otherwise could have been.”

“We scheduled a roof inspection with Brandon, from Hixon Roofing. He was on time and very pleasant to work with. A drone was used to inspect the roof, then Brandon walked the roof to verify potential problems.
We discussed repair costs which didn't seen out of line. I asked him how much life was left with our current roof and he said approximately five years. This corresponded with a previous inspection, from another company, a few days earlier.
I like to point out Brandon never suggested replacing our roof. However, I put the question to him. He had an app which gave him detailed information regarding materials required. He came up with a total cost, I looked at my wife, she agreed and gave the thumbs up to replace the roof.
I have to say I was surprised when Brandon said it would take only one day for replacement. I also requested a supervisor to be on site during the project.
Materials were delivered on time. The following day a crew of seven men arrived at the crack of dawn. They began work shortly after. Seve arrived, introduced himself (another pleasant person to work with) and said he work remain until the job was completed.
I'll try and make this short. The crew worked extremely well together. Very little talking, each man knew his job. The current roof was removed and the new one installed with no damage to our neighbors' home, our plant life, which had been covered, or to our home. Magnets were used to gather up as many loose nails around the property.
I had expected a lot of extra material, to my surprise there was just one, opened roof shingle bundle left when the job was completed at approximately 6:30 in the afternoon.
