Delightful! Patient, friendly, helpful.Everyone always seems to be in such a good mood. On our last visit, there were 4 of us. Grandmother, adult daughter, and two granddaughters. We all got mani-pedis, including the 7 year old. We each had a different manicurist, but they were all great. The person who had the 7 year old was awesome with her, and they even have a child size chair just for kids.

The person I got wasn’t friendly. I never had a pedicure where they soak you feet in plain water. I asked why they didn’t put any foot soak in the water, and he said that costs more. I couldn’t believe it. He asks me where I was from because to him this was normal. When you’re in the customer service business, you make money from return customers. You can tell the young man that I won’t be back. The pedicure was decent. I left a tip anyway, could have been more.
