I normally go to Taylor for my services but unfortunately she was out today. Jessica the receptionist got m me checked in and seated for my Pedicure with David. David did an awesome job also added some humor into the service. I'm really picky about my nails but Amelia did a fantastic job and I didn't have not one complaint. She was quick and a very sweet young lady. Taylor should be please to know that in her absence her team held it down.

I've been going to Diva Nails for quite some time. It's always a good experience for me. The people are most welcoming and most importantly they do no damage to the nail beds so I can actually have my nails and not just tips. That's important to me and I'm sure many others. Vivian is the best! But don't use her she's mine!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Went to see Taylor, as she had good reviews. My appointment was at 215 and had a pedicure after, she was running behind so they started my pedicure at 2:20. By 2:45 I was done and moved to Taylor's seat. I had asked for a hard gel fill in. She did not put the product all over my nail as she did one swipe from cuticle to the end of my nail, completely missing the sides. The paint job was the most atrocious part of all. I asked for french tip with pink & blue, it started about halfway up my nail and I asked for her to make it smaller, she took more off and placed my hand under the light. The paint was completely uneven and not a single tip was to the same part on my nail. I contacted the manager and the only thing they will offer is coming back to have her fix it. Why would I go somewhere that just messed up my nails so terribly?? I went to a different salon, thinking a polish change will fix the issue until they took the polish off and I could see how bad the fill in job was. I called asking for a refund and was only offered to come back in and have them fix it. I refused. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. The manager didnt even offer an apology for this work so I guess they are proud of this walking out of their salon.
