I have been coming to Dr Patel and NP Young for almost two years! It has been a good experience for me. The doctor and NP are nice, caring and helpful. Their staff is also very nice. They listen and try to get you an appointment as soon as possible if needed. When I started going to Westside Internal Medicine, I received information on everything needed about their office...payments, office visits, cancellations, prescriptions, and well checks. I have not had any problems in this office.I always bring my RX meds into the office. I have had to change appointments but not much and usually far in advance. I have been treated very well. I am not related to anyone in this office or know any of their family!
