Daniel was thorough and patient - performing “routine” maintenance and inspection services that nobody else has done in 20 years, and explaining why he was doing it and the potential damage of not doing it. The service was included as part of a new system purchase, but I’ll gladly pay to continue this level of service next year. As a side note, they’re also very modern with text message scheduling, updates and feedback available.

I highly recommend Aaron and A.A. Courier & Sons. I called him Thursday night before the ice storm asking if he could inspect my gas logs. I had not turned them on in years and I wanted to make sure my family was safe and warm. He scheduled an appointment for the next morning. He was prompt, pleasant, very reasonably priced, and went out of his way to teach me how to light and adjust the logs. He had me feeling warm and safe in no time. I had a question later in the busy day and he returned my call right away. Excellent customer service. Thanks again Aaron.

She set us up for Daniel to come out the next morning – service is always top notch. Daniel presented me with a comprehensive report of what he found while diagnosing a minor concern with our system, and he repaired it quickly. I’ve known the Couriers for around 20 years and I’ll never use another company for HVAC. As they’ve grown, they’ve hired several new techs and every single one has been competent and respectful. The annual maintenance plan is hard to beat, be sure to sign up for that. It’s worth it. Thank you to Daniel and Heather, and the Courier family for taking care of us :-)
