That being said, after I contacted them again, they went completely out of their way to make sure my roof was completely repaired to everyone's satisfaction. This included a second complete re-roof because the crew left some materials out. They did NOT STOP until the roof and surrounds were done right. There is a lot to be said for customer service! Any contractor can have an unfortunate time with a crew. But Brown's kept at it, politely and at a loss to themselves. The president of the company was lovely to deal with, Adam did his very best to make sure things were completed. I would not hesitate to call them again.“
