I cannot brag enough on the groomer there. He absolutely did an amazing job on my crusty GSD! With all his skin issues he hasn’t been groomed in over a year. Check this transformation out.

Dr Holley is amazing! He took care of our latest litter of puppies, and man oh man is he thorough. We really enjoyed this visit, and all the visits we have had with the rest of the staff. Everyone is so personable, and they are very affordable.

I went to the McConnells location years ago when I lived in York. Monday, I was left trying to find a place to help me put my 16 year old cat to rest peacefully, when we couldn't be seen at our current vet (not Palmetto). I called the Rock Hill location and they quickly worked us in. The staff was AMAZING. The facility was beautiful and clean. I felt they went above and beyond to not only make sure my cat was comfortable and well taken care of, but me as well. I appreciate the care and compassion we both received during that hard time. Thank you so much for making a difficult time a little easier. 100% want to transfer ongoing care of our other pet here.
