Pets feel at ease during procedures, like teeth cleaning, and the practice is accommodating, allowing pets to be seen together. The dedication of the staff, including Vet tech Matthew and Dr. Stewart, has made many pet owners happy to trust their pets' health to the team at Palmetto.
I can't say enough about my recent visit with Dr. Holley. Our dogs are like our kids, and I brought our 11 year old Lab Jack to Palmetto. Dr. Holley was excellent with Jack but most importantly, Dr. Holley translated veterinary words and terms to people words and terms using analogies and stories that I could understand. He also broke down treatment options and cost implications for me. He did not push for the most expensive treatment. He was extremely respectful of finances as long as the efficacy for Jack was good. Dr. Holley was EXCELLENT and I highly recommend him and his team.
Dr. Holley and everyone who works at Palmetto Veterinary Hospital are exceptionally kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and caring. I am so blessed to have them here in my community. They are excellent!
They were super nice, professional, caring, and knowledgeable. I've never had a vet say that if we had any future problems with the reason for the surgery, he would work with us on pricing. That truly meant a lot when a business puts people and pets over profit.
