Reflecting on my recent visit to North Central brings a memory of "Treated beyond" to mind!I brought my elderly Parents for Well Visits and received Services with Respect/Understanding/Answering Questions, and beyond.Thank you to Ms Sharvonna Loney, and her Team [Ja'ron & Carla], Dr Mays and Assistant [Nurse Jenny], and every person that made this Appointment outstanding!

I’ve been going here for my care for 3 years now. I just recently had an issue with the billing and when I called and spoke with Heather she was very helpful and assured me everything would be taken care of! First time dealing with billing directly and very pleasant experience thanks to her! My women’s health provider is also fantastic and highly recommend Jaclyn Wilson! Ever since I was put in her care she always answers my questions and always pleasant to have my appointments with.

This morning I had an annual visit scheduled with the Dr. I’ve been seeing for the past year. Check in to find out she is no longer with the practice. I absolutely adored my physician so it caught me off guard. The office staff up front and the woman who helps upfront helped me right away. I apologized for being emotional and they were just so nice and sincere to make me feel good about myself and the situation. Not to mention the nurse and new Dr I was able to been seen by were amazing. I look forward to my visits in the future.
