My first time visiting first care was such a good experience. The whole staff is accommodating and welcoming but one staff member really stood out and went above and beyond for my son and I. Ms. Shanika Cooke is exceptional upfront staff and she turned a very stressful experience for me into something very positive. I recommend coming to this location the wait was not long at all and to mention the office is black owned with a very diverse and inclusive staff that are trained thoroughly. The doctor was very clear & precise and answered all questions I had so that I was able to understand in layman’s terms. 10/10
Great medical office, very friendly staff, very educated doctor, clean facility, fast facility, no wait time, sign and check in with quick access. The front desk was very nice and was nicely setting my follow up appointments. I love their services.
