Tech arrived during the specified window. Completed the system check in a reasonable time, briefed me on his findings ( system is performing in spec), have me a summary of his checks and was gone in time for me to make my next engagement. He represented Ocean Air in a professional and courteous fashion.
Curtis did an outstanding job in responding to my repair needs. Although parts needed to be ordered, the response time for this emergency request went above and beyond the call. Thank you very much!
Brian was very friendly and professional even though he was on his way home and had to detour to my house. He also had to work in an extremely hot attic! And thank you to Ocean Air for the speedy service.
