Urgent Care near Port Royal

“This my first time at this urgent care, and my experience was satisfactory. The urgent care was opened on time and the hours on the door was accurate. In comparison to the time that they opened. The space in-between the doors was clean and fresh smelling. Once in the lobby area, it was very clean. And the bathroom in the lobby was clean. Once I checked in I was told that the provider was going to be late. I was told the provider should be to the office in 15 min. Once the provider arrived the nurse called me back. But my info was not in the system, so they had nothing to go by. The MA was very nice, courteous, and knowledgeable. I really liked her, I just didn't understand why the receptionist didn't have my info already entered. The PA who saw me was very nice and knowledgeable and gave me great information. I enjoyed talking with her. I don't know the process of how their front office is ran. But by me being a Clerical Specialist it's a different process were I work. But other then that I'm pleased with the care that I received.“
