This my first time at this urgent care, and my experience was satisfactory. The urgent care was opened on time and the hours on the door was accurate. In comparison to the time that they opened. The space in-between the doors was clean and fresh smelling. Once in the lobby area, it was very clean. And the bathroom in the lobby was clean. Once I checked in I was told that the provider was going to be late. I was told the provider should be to the office in 15 min. Once the provider arrived the nurse called me back. But my info was not in the system, so they had nothing to go by. The MA was very nice, courteous, and knowledgeable. I really liked her, I just didn't understand...read full review

Receptionist was kind and greeted me with concern. Nurse was kind and thoughtful. Dr was kind, and concern about what was going on and immediately went into action.
This is the best place for urgent care. Thank you urgent care.

I was impressed when I walked in the front door, the friendliness of the receptionist, the triage nurse and the PA who I was seen by. That really made a difference. I was not feeling well at all and their professionalism and friendliness really made a difference! Thank you to the staff!
