Repairmen were professional and personable. Easy to talk to and answered all my questions and completed the repairs in a timely manner. Will not hesitate to call on them in the future.
These 4 stars belong to Molly. The missing star belongs to whoever made the recommendations for which we are being charged. Gouging at its finest and for what? Totally unnecessary and over the top. Shameful.
Derek and Camden were FANTASTIC! They answered all of our questions and were meticulous in the installation process. I would recommend Pinnacle to anyone needing HVAC services! They have been very honest when answering our questions before we replaced our system. They gave us multiple options and helped us weigh one against the other. The time they spent was very appreciated!
