OMG I LOVE THEM !! My first time coming to the new shop I had a great experience and loved my nails. I continued to come back. This time I got top tier service per usual with my mother. I left the nail salon and realized my nails and toes weren’t the same colors I’d originally picked. Without hesitation they allowed me to return to the salon to repaint my toes. Any other salon I’ve gone to they would’ve said no because they were closed and chartered me. Sammie and her team were very polite and professional about the entire ordeal. Highly recommend to all of Orangeburg.

As soon as I came in they sat me at a table. I was waiting to get dip polish change. I waited 30 mins and when I asked how much longer she said probably 15 mins. They did not bother soaking off the polish while I was waiting and it takes 20 to 30 mins to soak. So after a 45 minute wait they wanted to me to sit another 20 mins to soak. No customer service and I had to keep asking. I didn’t even stay to finish. I had high hopes for this location but if they don’t care about customer service ice a new building is not going to help.

As a male, I don't think they paid half of attention to detail and thouroness as if I were a woman. Had to keep pointing out things. Will not be returning for a pedicure or manicure.
P.S. as a male, our wives like us to keep a nice pedicure and manicure as well, so for your next male guest, just don't rush through us. Because if you do good, we will become faithful clients.... read full review
