We purchased almost an entire house of luxury vinyl plank from Exact Flooring. Over the course of the next year or so the floor curled and started to break off. This was a manufacturers defect. It took six months but Exact Flooring did fight for us with the manufacturer to have it replaced. Eventually the flooring was replaced with flooring from a different manufacturer. A big thank you to Eric at Exact Flooring for standing up for us.
Just had my entire floor layout (with the exception of my carpeted bedrooms and den) replaced from tile to luxury vinyl, and I could not be any more pleased with the outcome!
Jay G was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping us decide what we exactly wanted and what would work the best for us. He was very flexible and easy to work with, and was very accessible and easy to reach. His estimate did not yield any unpleasant surprises on the final invoice.
